Tears.
Nobody can know the feelings that stimulate it till you ask. But what do you do when a loved one cries?
Would it be considered sensitivity by giving her a few minutes to herself or would that be actually considered insentivity?
What do you say?
'I'm sorry' ? 'Don't cry'?
Only a fool would ask how it went. Or is it?
How can you tell a person not to cry since it can be deemed best to express the pent-up emotions through tears?
To say 'I'm sorry' would be so negative.
To be positive, optimistic yet sensitive enough to be of comfort and strength is a challenge, especially when bounded by gender, age and environment.
Lord, teach me how.
