So it is.

So.

Sem has ended.

Hols has started.

I've lost a job.

I've gotten another job.

My sis got married.

Two tiring celebrations.

In life, there is always a season for everything, a delicate balance of all elements. However, this balance can often be an imbalance at times, due to our perception.

The angle we look at the balance,

The essentials we place on the scale,

The weights we use to measure,

The presets we judge from.

A tilted and un-straight line might be seen as an imperfection.

Or an artistic touch of brilliance.

Life is full of changes. We can stand and try to unchange every change, to form our own perfect lives, and die trying.

Or we can go along with the tide, and embrace each change, making the most of it.

Family

Sometimes family feuds can be heartbreaking. Conflict arising from simple misunderstandings and different orders of priorities. It's like a kid whose scoop of ice cream slipped and is now melting on the floor under the sun. Over time, the argument continues though its cause has long forgotten. What is now a puddle of color ceases to exist and the empty cone is left.

Yet the worst are the kids innocently reared in the same practice, and to maintain the family strife. Why should a new generation bear the burden of your sensitivity?

Perhaps age increases sensitivity and severs reasoning chords within the mind. I think three score and ten would suffice for me, in that case.

Then and Now

In the past, buying a mobile phone was easy and cheap.
The phone itself would come with the wall charger, manual and, in later manuals, a hands-free set.

Then it advanced.
You would need to get the mobile phone, and top up more for an additional bluetooth headset.

Now it evolved.
You need to get the phone that comes with a usb charger, get the bluetooth set, get an extra battery, and get a portable phone charger.

The bigger the better?
Nah, I think evolution breeds bleeding of the wallet.
