Family

Sometimes family feuds can be heartbreaking. Conflict arising from simple misunderstandings and different orders of priorities. It's like a kid whose scoop of ice cream slipped and is now melting on the floor under the sun. Over time, the argument continues though its cause has long forgotten. What is now a puddle of color ceases to exist and the empty cone is left.

Yet the worst are the kids innocently reared in the same practice, and to maintain the family strife. Why should a new generation bear the burden of your sensitivity?

Perhaps age increases sensitivity and severs reasoning chords within the mind. I think three score and ten would suffice for me, in that case.
