Arc Printer

If you're the average office worker in a huge company, you would have experienced this problem before. You click print on your workstation and head to the printer, only to find an illegal gathering (five or more people, in local context); each waiting for a printout.

Annoying, ain't it? (Especially if the person in front of you printed 50 pages)

But, what's there to do? If you leave the queue now, and come back later, your printouts might be missing. (Or recycled)

Say hello to the Arc Printer. Still in its conceptual stages, the Arc Printer promises to solve this waiting game issue, thereby increasing your productivity by streamlining your printouts collection process.

The printer will automatically rotate after printing out each job, to differentiate the stacks of printouts. Based on the images on the designer's website, it would most definitely be a wireless printer. Furthermore, ARC is placed on a circular glass panel balanced on a metal pole.

While there might be some doubts about the stability of this, (think people leaning or pressing down on one side of the glass) the empty space below could fit a recycling bin or a paper shredder. (Or a coffee machine)

Who says you can't have your printouts and grab a coffee too?
