Contrary to the picture, these Flatulence Deodorizer Pads are placed inside of the underwear, to remove the foul odours from farts by the use of activated charcoal.
Supposedly, the disposable cloth pad is so thin and comfortable that the wearer is virtually unaware of its presence. I seriously doubt that. But you might want to know that this is not a concept. It is actually on sale, (though out of stock at the moment) at $29.95 for a package of 10 pads over here
Perhaps a more comfortable version would be the Flat-D Chair Pad.
Going at $29.95 for one, the chair pad is made of the same material as the uhm butt-pad, and promisess the same mission of absorbing the smelly odour of a fart. You can get it here.
