Perhaps when snails talk within themselves,
they joke and jibber at our pace,
and call fast snails people.
That said, if snails do communicate with one another, they would have good long distance communications. And long distance relationships too, for the snails which are together.
They do seem so lonely eh.
Carring a huge shell on their back
Trudging towards who knows where
Just moving steadily
at its predestined pace.
Like so many of us too.
