why should we

Why should we give up our seats
to kids?

Would that not be leading to a downward spiral of social graces? Would not these kids grow up under the impression that they are entitled to seats and would not give it up to anyone?

Or perhaps this was what happened before, thus the spotlight on youths whom do not give up their seats to the elderly.

But what is elderly? How do we define age? Is there a benchmark? With dyed hair, botox, breast implants, a 50 year old can look like a 40 year old can look like a 30 year old. Surely we can't be checking their ICs for verification?

Is it really the fault of the younger generation of not being graceful? What about the future then?

Kids are growing up, with maids carrying their schoolbags, and meals already cooked and placed on the tables, or sometimes even served to them. They wake up to a set of ironed uniform waiting to be worn, breakfast on the table, and allowance on the desk.

Pampered child? Efficient parents? Disciplined maid?

Who is right or wrong? Is there a right or wrong? More importantly, which side is the media on?
